Founded in 2002 with a total investment of RMB 150 million, Dongying Yiheng New Building Materials Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise and a specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprise that integrates R&D, production, sales and technology promotion. The company is also the chief editor of national and industry standards for aluminum-plastic co-extruded door and window profiles.

Located at No. 19 Guangda Road, Guangrao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shandong Province, Yiheng focuses on the core technology of aluminum-plastic co-extrusion, responding to the test of time with durable and reliable products, and integrating energy-saving and environmental concepts throughout R&D, production and delivery.

Manufacturing Strength
Yiheng has introduced 18 advanced co-extrusion profile production lines and 7 non-co-extrusion lines, equipped with more than 200 sets of molds for seven major profile series and supporting mixing equipment, with fixed asset investment of RMB 120 million. Annual output reaches 50,000 tons of aluminum-plastic co-extruded energy-saving profiles and 300,000 m² of energy-saving doors, windows and passive windows. Drawing on proven domestic and international co-extrusion experience, we have built a mature, complete production technology and standard system, fully certified under ISO9001 and tested by the National Chemical Building Materials Testing Center, with 6 invention patents, 30 utility models and 5 design patents.

Aluminum-Plastic Co-Extrusion Structure: An aluminum alloy skeleton (wall thickness ≥1.4 mm) is wrapped with a ≥4 mm nano micro-foamed PVC insulation layer, co-extruded into a rigid-skin / micro-foam / aluminum three-layer composite. It combines the strength of metal windows with the insulation of wood-plastic windows. With EPDM sealing and insulating glass, the whole-window heat transfer coefficient reaches as low as 0.8 W/m²·K.
